Shipping policy

All Print to Order products are sent and packaged by a third party company called Printful. These are non refundable as they are custom orders. Any hand made items will be shipped and packaged by the artist herself Kirsten Hatfield and shipped through Canada Post. Refunds pre-shipping are fine, but please contact me asap! Post shipping refunds are a situation by situation basis but please keep in mind I am a struggling independent artist not a company or corporation.
